The SendOutCards system allows you to send a card to a single recipient or multiple recipients. The Card Campaign feature gives us an advanced way to send one card or multiple cards to multiple recipients on multiple dates.
So how is the Card Campaign feature different from the "Multiple Recipients" feature found in the "Choose The Recipients" step of creating a card? The "Multiple Recipients" feature allows you to send a card to as many people as you would like, but the card is not saved so you can not reuse it at a different time.

Christmas is approaching QUICKLY!! Cards Anyone???

Good Morning and Happy Thursday Everyone!!

I just started a facebook page for sending love through the mail and in less than 24 hours we are already at 43 likes on the page. Please like my page and follow me on the blog so you don't miss anything exciting. Once Facebook page reaches 500 I want to do something special like a raffle or something, I am not clear on the details yet, but I defiantly want to do something special. So stay tuned for updates on that.

Now down to business. I know I will probably be talking about Christmas cards more than once in the next 6 weeks. People love getting Christmas cards, and until I got Send Out Cards, I hated sitting for several hours, writing the same card over and over, stuffing the envelopes and putting on the stamps. Don't get me wrong the first 10 or so were great, but in my big family and then friends I was sending probably close to 200!! Any one know where I am coming from?!?!
Well whether you have 10 cards to send to loved ones or 500 cards to send to loved ones, clients, and any one else you may want to drop a little joy, it is easy as one, two, three!!

First you would create that wonderful campaign that I showed you this week, and then if you would like to add a family photo or note to it, just follow these simple steps.

Step one: after you have your Christmas card picked out, you will be able to edit it. On the left side of your screen there is a task bar, you can click there and view all sorts of template, that you could use for your card or you can click on add blank text item and it will ad another box for you to put a picture or words in.
Step two: once you have the lay out or text box you can either write a beautiful Christmas letter, or you can simply click on Pictures on the left hand side and all your pictures will pull up that you have uploaded, if you don't have any yet,  that is okay, just click on upload more pictures, and a screen will come up where you can upload photos from your computer to add into your card. Once you upload them, simply go to the picture you want click on the picture, and HOLD the mouse button down so you can drag it to where ever you wanted it in the card.
Step three: If your card is done you can simply click continue at the bottom right hand corner, or you can continue to play with your card and create some amazing and beautiful Christmas cards, by repeating steps one and two, to be able to add as many photos, quotes, or letters your card can manage to hold! :-)
Step four: once you are complete with you card you will go to your contact manager and add everyone you would like to receive your Christmas card and pick the Campaign (you may have named it Christmas cards 2012)  and it will be sent on its way!!
NOTE: If you would like each and ever persons own name in the card... that is possible as well, please visit my campaign post to go over how to create a campaign! and find out how to insert a name in to your card with out having to do each card individually!

I hope this helps all of you and you can relate to me... On a quick note I just wanted to close out with a few post from close friends of mine!!

Getting back to the basics

     Happy Sunday EVERYONE!!

Sending Cards and Letters through the mail used to be an everyday event; and now we send text messages and e-cards to our loved ones for holidays, birthdays, and special events.

Imagine how you would feel opening up your mail box, and seeing a thoughtful gift with a card from someone who just wanted to say they were thinking of you. How would that make you feel? Warm, Cozy, Special, Grateful there was something other than bills in the mail box? LOL! I know how I felt when I received my first card in many years. It was a shock at first and then it was pure delight knowing some one has thought of me!

I personally have had an amazing journey coming back to basics, sending and receiving cards through the mail when I joined Send Out Cards. It has truly changed my life and those around me. I am able to remember birthdays because of their notification system and send cards to my valued customers.

Throughout my blog I plan on sharing different reactions I have had from people I have sent cards to, pictures of cards, and how I am doing campaigns to help my business along with other peoples business, as well as give you clues on how to make your card personal, and add photos.
Send Out Cards has helped me personalize a card including having my own hand writting.
I am sharing this with all of you because I want you to gain the knowlege and feel comfortable in making your send out card something someone will remember and keep for a life time.

Paying it forward is my way of life!
I hope you enjoy!!
Have a beautiful Sunday Everyone!
